Students can leave comments directly on the cards of your case by using the feedback button (if enabled). These comments are listed on the “comments page”. Also, reviewers can create comments for your case, which will also be listed on the “comments page”.

If comments have been left on a card, you will see a letter symbol in the case structure on the left-hand side. To read the comments, please click on this symbol. The comments will also be displayed if you open a card and then click on the “comments” tab in the upper navigation bar.

Explanation of the user interface:

Comments are displayed in the upper box. You can:

• Answer a comment: Your answer will be displayed on the card for the user in player mode. Additionally, you can choose to send the user an e-mail with your answer.
• Mark a comment as completed: Once you have done so, the comment will be archived.

You can access your archived/completed comments at any time by clicking on the archive link!
