Access denied

Even though the login and password entered are correct, access is still denied. Please review the information below for guidance on how to obtain access.

  • Are you registering for the first time? Upon registration you should receive a confirmation email to your entered email address. Contained in the confirmation email is a link that once clicked upon or copied into your browser's address box will enable you to complete your registration. Access is not possible until your registration is complete. If you did not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • If you are still unable to locate the email from i-intime@instruct.eu, try sending a test email from a personal non-institutional email account or a friend's email account to your entered email address. If you do not receive this test email, it indicates that you have a problem with your email account. Confirm that you entered the correct institutional email address and that the mailbox is not full. Please work with your email administrator to troubleshoot these problems. Once you correct that problem, the confirmation email from i-intime@instruct.eu may be automatically delivered. If the confirmation email is not delivered and you have successfully received a test message sent from another email account to your account, please contact us through the support form or email medusupport@i-intime.org. To help us more quickly address your issue, please include a note that you have successfully received messages in your account in the communication to MedU.
  • Locked account: Access can be denied if an account is locked. An account becomes locked if it remains idle for a few years. If you think you registered in the past and have not accessed the cases in a while, your account may be locked. Please contact us with the support form or email to medusupport@i-intime.org and we can unlock your account for you.
  • Other reasons for denied access. Access may be denied for reasons that may not be obvious to you. Some of these reasons might be: if you are attempting to login to an area of the MedU Web site you are not allowed access to, your institution no longer subscribes, or an internal error occurred. If you experience difficulty, please contact us immediately using the support form or by e-mailing medusupport@i-intime.org. We are here to assist you and ask that you provide us with as much information as you can to enable us to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
