Summary Statement/Rated Text
This type of question lends itself to more complex text answers. Students are expected to write longer, more comprehensive answers and thus, grading these types of questions can be difficult. The text box is available to enter the correct answer, as you would like it to appear.
In contrast to the non-rated free-text question, the answers given by students can be rated and commented. Two rating options are possible:
- Automatic rating: This rating option has predetermined rated answers. Please contact us, in case you are interested in using this mechanism.
- Manual rating: You can manually rate and comment on the answers in the course reports.
Please be aware that as long as an answer has not been rated it will NOT be included in the calculation of the overall case score.
