You can evaluate your course using an online questionnaire (SurveyMonkey). To activate an evaluation, please click the first checkbox and enter the questionnaire's web address. SurveyMonkey is a survey tool that is available in a free basic version. For more information, please go to SurveyMonkey. Web addresses that start with https://www.surveymonkey.com/… are accepted.

Your questionnaire can be based on either a course or on a case. The link is displayed on the case selection page or at the end of a case session.

Please contact us in case you want to use a questionnaire tool other than SurveyMonkey.
