On the login page click “Forgot password?” just below the “login” button and enter your login, then click “Send”. You will receive anautomatic e-mail providing you a temporary password. Using this password enables you to log in.
Please check the SPAM folder of your mailbox whether the confirmation email is there. Please also check whether your mailbox is full or your forwarding is incorrect. If you want to resend the registration mail, please click on “Registration” once again.
You can only register with your university email adress and your institution must have a valid subscription. Please contact us, if you are unsure whether your university has subscribed.
